About the role

We are currently looking for a student who wants to support an exciting business by identifying and mapping new potential customers. This role is perfect for you if you are fearless, communicative, and like to take the initiative.

You will work closely with the team and play a key role in building the company's customer database. Since the work involves many questions and close collaboration with colleagues, the position will initially be performed on-site at the office.

The position is a consultancy assignment via Academic Work, starting in mid-to-late August.

Responsibilities

The work consists of systematically searching for and validating company information to create a foundation for the sales process.

  • Map companies and identify new potential customers.
  • Search for company information through various channels.
  • Contact companies via phone to gather correct contacts and relevant information.
  • Register and update contact details in the company's CRM system.
  • Identify companies that are not yet registered in the CRM system.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is currently studying at a university or college and has at least 1 year of studies remaining.
  • Has good phone etiquette and is comfortable contacting new people.
  • Has basic experience in customer service or other phone-related tasks.
  • Has advanced proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
