About the Role

As a Sales Leader for Fruit & Vegetables, you work together with the department's sales manager to ensure that the department maintains the highest standards every day. You play a key role in daily operations, contributing to creating an inspiring, well-stocked, and sales-driven department where quality and customer experience are at the forefront.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring that the fruit and vegetable department maintains high quality and freshness.
• Planning and executing displays and campaigns.
• Ordering and inventory management.
• Monitoring shrink and quality.
• Leading staff and supporting employees in their daily tasks.
• Developing the department and driving sales forward together with the sales manager.
• Contributing to a positive customer experience through excellent service and an inspiring assortment.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience from the grocery retail industry, preferably in fresh produce or Fruit & Vegetables.
• Responsible, structured, and with an eye for quality and details.
• Thrives in a leadership role and is skilled at motivating and collaborating with others.
• Has a strong customer focus and commercial mindset.
• Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
