As a Project-Led Account Manager, you are responsible for initiating, developing, and driving commercial special projects and supplements targeted at various industries.

You identify interesting themes, build concepts, contact relevant advertisers, and drive the project forward together with customers and internal resources.

This role suits you if you enjoy combining creativity with business acumen and are motivated by taking overall responsibility.

Your main responsibilities:

• Identify new ideas, themes, and commercial opportunities.
• Plan and drive supplements and special editions from idea to finished project.
• Prospect and contact new advertisers.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Take responsibility for the entire business from first contact to closure.
• Coordinate the various parts of the project and ensure deadlines are met.
• Work systematically in CRM and follow up on projects, activities, and deals.

We are looking for you who thrive in the intersection between sales, business development, and project management.

You are proactive, creative, and enjoy finding new ways forward. At the same time, you are business-minded and have the ability to turn ideas into concrete deals.

We believe that you:

• Have 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales and project management.
• Have experience with CRM systems.
• Enjoy creating new contacts and building relationships.
• Are structured and used to driving multiple processes in parallel.
• Are curious, creative, and see business opportunities where others see challenges.
• Have strong self-drive and enjoy taking responsibility.

Meritorious:

• Experience from the media industry (highly meritorious).
• Experience in advertising sales or content-driven products.
• Experience in coordinating commercial projects.

Terms & Benefits:

• Start: August/September.
• Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + commission.
• Location: Stockholm, Solna.
• Scope: Full-time (office hours).
• Collective agreement and 30 days of vacation.
