About the role

In the role within LabSupport, you will work with a combination of practical and administrative tasks that are important for daily laboratory operations. You will become part of the Stability, Climate & Support team within QC Maintenance & Support and work closely with both the laboratories and external suppliers to ensure efficient flows and high quality in deliveries.

The position is located in Södertälje and offers a daily routine where you take responsibility, collaborate closely with colleagues, and play a key part in the continued success of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily contact with customers and suppliers, primarily within the EU.
• Participate in improvement work, painting tasks, and the development of action plans.
• Problem-solving and LEAN work within your area of responsibility.
• Order management to suppliers and delivery monitoring in our business system.
• Receive and unpack deliveries, inventory stock, and administer this in electronic systems.
• Large-scale preparation of release media for the QC lab. A comprehensive project is currently underway to streamline the work and improve the working environment.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least upper secondary education.
• Experience with order management, inventory management, and supplier contacts.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in using the MS Office suite.
• Easy to communicate and establish contact with various parties.
• Ability to work independently with personal responsibility.
• A positive team player with a genuine interest in continuous improvement.

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience with SAP.
• Experience working with standards and fixed processes.
• Experience with improvement work and streamlining.
• Several years of professional experience from manufacturing companies, storage, or warehousing.
