About the role

We are now looking for a Sales Leader for our manual counters. You will work closely with Andreas, our Area Sales Manager, who needs a reliable and independent colleague to lean on in daily operations. As the Sales Leader, you ensure everything runs smoothly in everyday life – you lead the team in operations and ensure the counters are well-stocked, sales-driven, and inspiring.

You become the hub between the Sales Manager and the employees, responsible for keeping daily operations running – from grilling chicken to neatly arranging fish on the counter.

The Team

The team currently consists of:

• 2 people working full-time in the kitchen.
• Approximately 10 people in the manual counters, with varying hours.

You will also work practically in both the fish and deli sections – this is a role where you lead in daily operations and take responsibility together with your colleagues.

Your Working Hours

The position is a shift job with a focus on daytime hours. You will work one evening per week and every other weekend.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in manual counters – preferably both fish and deli.
• Thrives in a retail environment and enjoys working close to customers and colleagues.
• Wants to grow into a leadership role – previous leadership experience is meritorious but not a requirement.
• Is structured, independent, and good at planning and organizing the workday.
• Is confident in taking responsibility and making decisions in daily operations.
