We are now looking for an employee for our Service Market Department to handle warranties and customer cases, with the position located at our headquarters in Upplands Väsby or at our office in Växjö.
Do you have experience working with warranty cases and service advisory? Do you thrive with many points of contact? Then you might be the person we are looking for!
You will be a central support for Kamux site and regional managers, as well as salespeople and buyers. Your responsibilities include processing complaints and searching for spare parts and efficient solutions to help our customers. You will collaborate with various workshops and suppliers across the country. You are also responsible for purchasing service and repair work, spare parts, and accessories. You will also support our wheel and tire business in various ways, including the purchase of tires and winter wheels from our sub-suppliers.
Negotiation, compromise, and protecting Kamux's interests are part of your duties, while balancing costs and finding practical solutions with the customer in focus.
We offer a fast-paced work environment, friendly colleagues, and significant responsibility within a fairly large automotive company. At Kamux, you become "one of the team" and receive a thorough introductory training. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the team as well as colleagues across the country, and with your manager who is also a great support to you. Business travel may occur.
We are looking for someone with industry experience where you have worked with warranty cases and service advisory, preferably with a foundation in automotive technical education. Previous experience from customer service and law in the automotive industry is an advantage. We also value your understanding of consumer protection in car purchases and consumer laws. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and relationship-building with good social skills, as you have many points of contact in the role.
Good computer skills and good ability to express yourself in speech and writing are required. Since business travel may occur, a B-driving license is also a requirement.
