As an Account Manager, you are responsible for selling job advertisements on the company's industry-specific websites and media channels. The focus is on identifying companies with recruitment needs, establishing contact with decision-makers, and helping them reach the right target audience through relevant advertising solutions.
The role is newly established and part of a strategic initiative. This means you will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the business, contribute ideas, and help build the area together with the company. For the right person, there are great opportunities to influence both your own development and the future direction of the business.
This is a role for you who enjoys creating business, building relationships, and taking responsibility for the entire sales process from first contact to closing.
Your main responsibilities:
- Prospecting and contacting new customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Identify business opportunities and present relevant advertising solutions.
- Build and develop your own customer portfolio.
- Take responsibility for the entire sales process from first contact to signed deal.
- Work systematically in CRM and follow up on activities and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues on sales strategies and customer handling.

- Have worked for a few years after high school or studies.
- Have experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Are energetic, social, and fearless in contact with new people.
- Have strong self-drive and a high activity level.
- Enjoy using the phone as a work tool.
- Are structured and like to follow up on your work.
- Speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
Meritorious:
- Experience in the media industry.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience in B2B sales.
You will become part of an established media company with strong positions in several industry-specific media and digital platforms. The company reaches hundreds of thousands of readers and users daily through its news sites, newsletters, and trade media.

About the employmentThis is a recruitment where you will be employed directly by our client.
Terms & Benefits:
- Start: August/September.
- Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + commission.
- Location: Stockholm, Solna.
- Scope: Full-time (office hours).
- Collective agreement and 30 days of vacation.
- Wellness allowance 3,000 SEK/year (gym is across the street - many do lunch passes).
