The Community Development Department is looking for an Economic Assistant with experience in property economics. The position is split between economics (50%) and residential leasing (50%). Responsibilities
We are looking for a person who will work as an Economic Assistant for half of the position and in residential leasing for the other half. The unit you will belong to works with leasing, management, and development of properties within the municipality, primarily focusing on Berg's rental housing property portfolio.
Your responsibilities within economics will include monitoring our supplier accounts receivable, customer accounts receivable, rent statements, invoicing, reconciliations, ongoing bookkeeping, monthly reconciliations, VAT declarations, assisting in the annual closing process, contact with tenants and collection agencies. You will work closely with our economic manager and our other economic assistant.
As a residential leaser with us, you will become a central part of our operations and the important link to our tenants. You will handle inquiries via our case management system, Artvise, and by phone, ensuring that tenants receive help with service issues and questions related to their housing or premises. Together with your colleague, you will have full responsibility for contact with our customers.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have an economic assistant education or other equivalent education or experience that the employer finds relevant for this position. We consider it meritorious if you have experience from a similar position in a property company, municipality, or public administration, as well as if you have worked with customer service. You have very good computer skills, and we consider it meritorious if you have previous experience with the economic system Akribi and the property system Momentum.
The position requires that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language (both in speech and writing). A B-class driver's license is a requirement.
Berg Municipality is a Sami administrative municipality, and we therefore consider it meritorious if you have knowledge of the Southern Sami language and culture.
