About the Role

Psychiatric Clinic B is a specialist psychiatric outpatient clinic within the county's psychiatric operations. We are a team with broad competence, including psychologists, nurses, doctors, social workers, treatment assistants, rehabilitation coordinators, and medical secretaries. We are now looking for a qualified medical secretary to join our team. We offer you stimulating and varied work where you collaborate closely with all professional groups at the clinic. At Psychiatric Clinic B, we have a good working climate and value our teamwork. Our goal is to offer the patient qualified diagnosis and treatment based on science and clinically proven methods.

The position is a one-year full-time temporary assignment, with a start date to be agreed upon. There is a possibility of extension. The work is located at the clinic; remote work will not be available.

Responsibilities

• Dictation and transcription
• Patient scheduling
• Invoice processing
• Mail handling
• Other administrative tasks may occur

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is trained as a medical secretary
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing

It is an advantage if you:

• Have knowledge of and experience with the Act on Compulsory Psychiatric Care (LPT)
• Have previous work experience as a medical secretary
• Have experience with the medical record system Cosmic
