Product Coordinator for Information Supply – 3 Positions

The purpose of the Swedish Companies Registration Office's (Bolagsverket) operations is to provide the prerequisites for a stable and well-functioning business community. By registering and providing current and accurate company information, we contribute to increased transparency and security for societal actors. We strive to make it as easy as possible to start and run a business, and contribute in collaboration with others to ensure that companies are not used as instruments for crime.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to work with customer support, information mediation, and service in an operation that contributes to simple and secure business operations? We are now strengthening our team with three Product Coordinators for the Information Supply unit.

Information Supply is responsible for the Swedish Companies Registration Office's information mediation. The assignment covers sales activities, information services, case management, service, and customer support. Our goal is to make information from the Office's registers accessible in a simple, efficient, and secure manner based on the needs of the business community.

As a Product Coordinator, you work with customer support within Information Supply. You have daily contact with customers and communicate both orally and in writing in Swedish and English.

The role includes, among other things:

  • processing cases
  • handling orders and invoicing
  • handling deliveries of products that are delivered manually
  • answering questions about the Swedish Companies Registration Office's products and services
  • providing customer support via phone and email
  • handling contracts and diary registration.

The operations are continuously developing, and new support functions are being established as part of the Swedish Companies Registration Office's digitalization. New offers and services may mean that the role develops over time.

The Swedish Companies Registration Office offers several health-promoting activities and the opportunity to work partially remotely. We have a modern work environment in our premises centrally located by the harbor in Sundsvall.

QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive and succeed in the role, you need to be structured and have the ability to plan and organize your work. You remain stable even when the pace is high and can handle varying tasks in a professional manner. You are good at creating and developing good relationships, both with customers and colleagues. You are considerate in your interactions and contribute to good cooperation by being attentive and respectful.

You need to have:

  • a completed upper secondary education
  • post-secondary studies in a relevant field or work experience that we assess as equivalent
  • current experience of customer support via phone and email
  • good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • good familiarity with working in a Windows environment, Microsoft Office, and digital systems for telephony or customer support.

It is meritorious if you also have:

  • experience of working within a government agency or other public operations
  • experience of qualified customer support within a government agency or information mediation
  • knowledge of government processes and information management
  • knowledge of and interest in digital offers and products.
