Job Description

Do you want to help ensure operations in one of Sweden's leading food production facilities? We are now looking for an Industrial Electrician for Scan Sverige, a role for you who thrives in a dynamic environment where both planned maintenance and quick interventions are a natural part of everyday life.

As an Industrial Electrician, you will become an important part of the maintenance team, responsible for ensuring operational safety and efficient production. The role is varied and includes production support during breakdowns as well as longer-term work in the form of planned maintenance and improvement projects.

You will work with troubleshooting and rectifying urgent stoppages while contributing to preventing future problems through continuous development of the facility. The role also includes electrical installations and modifications, and depending on your experience, work with PLC programming.

You work close to production in a high-paced environment where flexibility and collaboration are crucial. The team consists of approximately five electricians and is in an expansion phase where they are currently strengthening the team further.

You report to the Maintenance Manager, who works with an inclusive and modern leadership style focusing on participation, clarity, and continuous improvements.

The position is primarily day-shift based, but every fourth week includes work according to a night shift schedule.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have relevant education in electricity, for example as an industrial electrician, or alternatively a corresponding background from for example vocational school or high school. If you have previous experience working in industry and troubleshooting in production, it is meritorious, but we also value the right attitude and willingness to develop.

You have a basic technical understanding and are comfortable working both independently and together with others. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as well as some computer literacy.

As a person, you are solution-oriented and responsible, with the ability to work structured without being too rigid. You thrive in an environment where the pace can vary and where you need to be able to switch quickly based on the company's needs. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes to a good atmosphere in the group.
