Are you interested in working in production and maintenance mechanics?

As a Maintenance Mechanic at Bender, you work closely with the maintenance coordinator and the factory manager. You plan and perform maintenance work on the machines. In this role, you are a key player in the team, contributing to achieving the company's goals. The tasks vary depending on needs and the products being manufactured.

Tasks awaiting you:

• Plan and perform maintenance
• Plan and order spare parts
• Troubleshoot and rectify faults of both a proactive and acute nature
• Document maintenance and maintain a documented maintenance plan for the production facility
• Be helpful with production technical questions or deviations and contribute to achieving good product quality and production quantity.

Requirements for the position:

• Mechanic experience, both in professional life and privately.
• Category B driver's license
• Good technical knowledge in workshop work.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Merits:

• Experience in mechanics, control/regulation technology, hydraulics, pneumatics, gears and motors, as well as general knowledge in electricity and welding skills.
• Operator licenses for forklifts, wheel loaders, cranes, lifts, and training in Hot Work are meritorious.
• Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

If necessary, we also use external service companies, and work may be carried out in cooperation with them. Once you are comfortable in the role, there are great opportunities to influence your working day and its content.

The position starts with a fixed-term contract but is intended to transition to a permanent position.
