About the role: The focus in this role is on stable operational safety and good availability within the process and equipment.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and represent the maintenance department in process meetings, new acquisitions, and equipment modifications.

Responsibilities:

• Inspections and functional checks.
• Corrective maintenance.
• Repair and overhaul components.
• Prepare maintenance tasks.
• Search and register all tasks in the maintenance system (Maintmaster).
• Focus on improvement measures through systematic analysis.
• Implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Participation in projects may occur.

Responsibility: Focus on measurement points and outcomes together with managers.

As a maintenance representative and competence resource, participate in problem-solving meetings.

Actively contribute to creating, participating in, and maintaining contacts with customers and suppliers within the area of responsibility.

Actively collaborate to spread competence within and between maintenance teams.

Actively participate in mentoring and training.

Work proactively by creating clear action alternatives in the event of various disruptions and challenges. Be flexible and quickly adopt new routines and working methods that improve operations.

Profile: Technical education with a focus on automation, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.

2-3 years of experience working as a maintenance technician.

You need to be a team player who independently and methodically tackles challenges.

Since the machinery park is large, you need to be creative, idea-rich, and flexible.

You need to have a positive attitude and value good service.

Working hours: Rotating shift schedule with day, evening, night, weekend, and week off (4-shift system).
