Maintenance Technician at Skandia Elevator

We develop and manufacture solutions for grain handling in our own production in Arentorp, while our systems are used by customers around the world. With over 110 years of experience, we combine proven knowledge with modern technology and continuous investments in the future.

Here, you will not only work with maintenance – you will also be involved in development.

Your Role

As a maintenance technician, you play a central role in ensuring stable and efficient production. You work close to the operations, where you both solve immediate problems and contribute to long-term improvements.

You will:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize production equipment
• Work with both preventive and corrective maintenance
• Participate in projects, installations, and technical improvements
• Collaborate closely with operators and other functions

You are part of a small maintenance department where we work closely together and share responsibility. The role is broad and also includes some building-related tasks, providing a varied daily routine.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is technically curious, solution-oriented, and thrives in a practical role with variety and independence. It is important to us that you contribute to a positive and safe working environment. We value people who take responsibility, share their ideas, and help out where needed. You are receptive, unpretentious, collaborate well with others, and see opportunities rather than problems.

We would appreciate if you have:

• Experience in maintenance work, preferably within the industrial sector
• Good technical understanding and broad practical competence

You don't need to know everything, but we would also appreciate experience or knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

• Electrical, control, and regulation technology
• PLC programming
• Welding
• Machining
• Hydraulic systems
