ISS Facility Services has an exciting collaboration with a major client in the automotive industry with multiple sites in Sweden. We are now looking to hire a High Voltage Electrician for our operations and maintenance contract with this client in Skövde. About the Role

You will become an important and valuable part of a motivated team. In your role, you will work with daily operations together with your colleagues. The tasks include planning and performing maintenance, repairs, assembly, and installations in buildings within office and industrial environments.

You will make decisions regarding and perform supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance of the customer's electrical installation within the scope of our commitment. The tasks also involve troubleshooting and analyzing problems within electrical systems and identifying deficiencies in the labeling of technical systems. You are responsible for ensuring the building's electrical system meets current functional requirements and contributes to increased customer satisfaction. It is natural to us that you continuously work on improvements and documentation and participate in and execute various projects for the customer.

The role includes daily communication with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. ISS provides, in addition to technical services, several other services at the customer site – e.g., reception and cleaning services – and your role involves collaborating with other ISS colleagues on-site.

This is a permanent position with an initial 6-month probationary period. Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsible for and performs electrical new installations, renovations, and maintenance work.
• Responsible for and performs electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure that we meet current authority requirements for electrical installations, electrical equipment, and electrical work.
• Rounding and test runs of power supply.
• Coordination and control of electrical work performed by own staff, subcontractors, or third-party suppliers.
• Quotations for improvements/planned maintenance.

Your Background

We are looking for you who have electrical technical education and many years of experience. You have good theoretical and practical knowledge of technical installations in buildings as well as very good knowledge of electrical documentation. We assume you have documented education and experience with switchgear. You have an ECY certificate and a B-license. It is an advantage if you have: Hot Work, Lift and Truck License, Safe Lifting, High Work, Mobile Elevating Work Platforms, Sprinkler Plant Operator, ESA, Fire Alarm, and Gas Leak Detection Systems.
