Job Description

As a Building Maintenance Technician, you are offered a varied daily routine where you meet many people in a job with freedom within the scope of the assignment. In this role, you are part of a closely collaborating team with high job satisfaction. You also collaborate closely with other industry colleagues, such as repair technicians.

The Building Maintenance Technicians work with technical installations within the municipality's building stock, such as ventilation, fire protection, backup power, sprinklers, heating, and other control systems, as well as more traditional building maintenance and operational services.

Our buildings and operations range from schools, preschools, and group homes to leisure facilities, providing a wonderfully varied work environment.

On-call work may occur in the position.

Qualifications

As an applicant, you have previous experience as a Building Maintenance Technician, caretaker, school caretaker, or experience that the employer deems equivalent for the assignment. We would appreciate it if you had a trade background or other practical work experience that is adequate for the assignment.

As a person, you contribute to good collaboration with both colleagues and customers. You have a solution-oriented approach and good service awareness that you exercise in your profession towards the customer.

Good computer skills and the use of electronic aids are meritorious as both computers and smartphones are important work tools in daily work.

A B-category driver's license for manual transmission is required.
