Are you currently a property technician or property caretaker? Do you enjoy varied tasks, thrive when taking responsibility, and want to make a difference in people's daily lives? We are now looking for a friendly, proactive, and handy building concierge for our residents in the City Centre district.

As a building concierge, you are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the tenants' apartments, and they turn to you with questions regarding service, security, and well-being. You are a practical, service-oriented doer who is drawn to working independently with the tenant in focus, within one of the country's largest housing companies.

You start each morning at the office before heading out to the properties. There, you ensure that everything is clean, tidy, and functioning well both inside and around our buildings, as well as addressing service reports from tenants. One of your most important tasks is to facilitate the tenants' daily lives by being part of the solution.

Regular inspection of the properties is another key part of the job. You rectify issues as they are discovered and work towards security and zero tolerance for insecurity in our areas. Other duties include apartment inspections, purchasing materials, and checking invoices for accuracy. You are responsible for several residential buildings, and commercial premises may also be included.

The role is broad, with varied tasks and great freedom under responsibility. What characterizes the job is long-term sustainable property management where teamwork and tenant well-being are in focus. The goal is to manage our apartments in a cost-effective and sustainable manner, in close dialogue with the tenant.

The building concierge is our face to the outside world, so it is important that you enjoy working with people. You have a social commitment, are clear and pleasant in your communication, and understand the importance of feedback to both tenants and suppliers.

In addition to a high school diploma, we require documented education and/or work experience in property technology, property maintenance, trades, or a similar field. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
