Do you want to work with boats, technology, and service in one of Sweden's most marine environments? Brandt Båt is now looking for an engaged and driven boat technician/mechanic who wants to become part of our team in Lysekil. Here, you will work at a facility with a unique location, where we provide comprehensive service through both a SeaSea shop and a guest harbor. We represent strong brands and assist workshop and winter storage customers throughout West Sweden.

About the role
As a boat technician/mechanic with us, you will have a job full of varied and developmental tasks. Your responsibilities include engine service, repair, troubleshooting, and preservation. We service inboards, outboards, and drives from well-known brands, as well as install marine accessories.

The work is highly varied and takes place both in the workshop and out at the customer's location. The role also includes practical work on the water and sea transports prior to winter storage. Our facility is well-equipped, and we handle motorboats up to 30 tons. The work is performed both independently and together with colleagues.

Your responsibilities
Troubleshoot and fix mechanical problems on various types of leisure boats.
Ensure that service and repairs are carried out correctly, safely, and according to plan.
Perform work on the water as well as sea transports prior to winter storage.
Contribute to order and cleanliness in the workshop and follow documentation routines.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a technical/mechanical high school education, preferably within the marine sector. Experience working as a mechanic is an advantage.

Since the role involves working out at the customer's location, you are accustomed to communicating with people and have a professional manner. You are quality-conscious, structured, flexible, and have a high sense of responsibility and work ethic.

Qualifications
Category B driver's license.
Swedish language skills (spoken and written).

Merits
Marine driver's education or certificate.
Counterbalance forklift license.

Conditions
