Senior Technician in Fiber Optics sought for Gothenburg and surrounding areas

Are you an experienced fiber technician looking to take the next step and take on greater responsibility in your daily work? We are now looking for a senior technician for a fiber and installation project in Gothenburg and the surrounding area.

In this role, you will work practically with installations while taking overall responsibility for a group of junior technicians. You will serve as support in daily operations, ensuring work flows according to plan, and helping to resolve issues that arise in the field. This role does not involve formal personnel management responsibilities, but is perfect for you who thrive when taking responsibility, creating structure, and guiding others.

The work takes place at various locations in Gothenburg and the surrounding area, involving both technical work and contact with customers and private individuals.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working as a fiber technician and with fiber installations.
• Has a valid B-class driver's license.
• Is self-motivated, solution-oriented, and responsible.
• Enjoys supporting and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
• Is social and professional in customer interactions.
