PropTech Energy is a group consisting of ten innovative and expanding companies: Ömangruppen, Axcell Fastighetspartner, P2 Energi, Alova, Inflo Ventilationsservice, Secon, APS drift och underhåll, JFK, KEAB, and Engi. Job Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager at Axcell Fastighetspartner, you are responsible for operational workforce management within your area of work. You have operational personnel responsibility, including time registration, employee meetings, salary setting, and occupational health and safety responsibility. You work closely with customers and have the task of developing the relationship and business in a business-like manner. You work on contract and upselling with both new and existing customers.
Within your work group, you are responsible for among other things:
- Planning of the business's projects, maintenance plans, fixed service commitments (cooperation agreements), and ongoing assignments. This also includes submitting bids and offers.
- Leadership and management of employees within the service department.
- Responsibility for occupancy reports for the work group.
- The overall economic responsibility for the work group.
- Sales of fixed-price projects and ongoing projects to contract customers.
- Responsible for resource availability, e.g., recruitment within your service department.
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
- Upper secondary education
- Work experience in leadership
- Work experience in the property industry
- Good system proficiency
- Good knowledge of Office
- Category B driver's license
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
The role requires a leader who can motivate and engage employees to work towards common goals. You have the ability to see the big picture, plan and organize daily life, and create long-term trust with customers. Internally, you contribute to a positive work climate and enjoy driving development and improvements. As a person, you are driven, unpretentious, loyal, and appreciate a role where you get to be close to both employees and the business.
Administration is an important part of the role, and our customers have high demands on documentation, reporting, and delivery. Therefore, we see that you have good administrative skills and are accustomed to using computers and mobile phones as natural work tools in your daily life.
The team in Borås consists of a group of both property technicians and property caretakers whom you lead with personnel responsibility together with the regional manager.
