Description

As an Operations Manager and Maintenance Technician at Leisure Operations, you are the one in the team responsible for ensuring that the daily operations of the facilities run smoothly. Together with the Unit Manager, Technical Asset Manager, and other Operations Managers within the unit, you distribute the daily work for the maintenance technicians and caretakers, and lead the long-term planning of upcoming work efforts.

As a unit, we aim to provide safe, functional, and secure facilities for the city's sports community. This role also includes the ability to drive and maintain our fleet of machinery. Technical proficiency is a must in this profession.

The role also includes being part of the emergency preparedness organization for our facilities.

In the longer term, we will also be part of the city's Arena Company, which will manage the operation of all new facilities to be built at the Yttern sports area.
