RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a Facility Technician to join our facility team in Grimsås. You will become part of a small team with close collaboration and significant independent responsibility. The role involves many contact points where you will work together with colleagues from various business areas as well as external contractors and suppliers.

As a Facility Technician, you are responsible for the operation, supervision, and maintenance of our buildings and technical installations. You work with both planned maintenance and troubleshooting in daily operations.

Tasks included in the position:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings and technical installations
• Conduct rounds, inspections, and troubleshooting during operational disruptions
• Be responsible for the operation, supervision, and simpler maintenance of sprinkler systems, compressors, and other technical equipment
• Work with the operation and monitoring of building systems
• Plan, manage, and document work in the work order system
• Coordinate and follow up on work performed by external suppliers
• Participate in improvement and development work within the property area

Working hours are during the day. The position includes on-call duties according to a schedule.
