About the Role

We are now looking for a Development Manager for the Regionservice Development Unit. The Development Unit is part of Regionservice's administrative support and assists Regionservice with process management, project management, and coordination within security and preparedness.

We plan to hold interviews on September 2 and 4.

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead projects within Regionservice operations and processes.
• Define and anchor project goals, deliverables, and effects.
• Monitor schedules and budgets.
• Report status and progress to the steering group and management.

Control and Follow-up

• Provide qualified input to project directives, including goals, scope, effects, and dependencies.
• Develop relevant goals and metrics that enable follow-up of the project's results and effects.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities and propose measures to handle these.

Coordination and Development

• Coordinate stakeholders and create conditions for uniform communication.
• Contribute to the development of common working methods and project structures.
• Other development work falling within the Development Unit's responsibility.

Qualifications and Merits

Requirements:

• University education.
• Documented experience of working in projects with multiple organizational stakeholders.
• Ability to contribute to the initiation phase of projects, including project directives and the development of goals and metrics.
• Good communication skills in both speech and writing.
• Good familiarity with digital tools.

Desirable:

• Experience in change management.
• Experience from larger organizations or the public sector.
• Experience driving projects within any of the industry areas that fall within Regionservice's mandate.
• Experience with issues related to security and preparedness.
• Ability to conclude and hand over projects and to be a good report writer.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
