Job Description

We are now looking for a DevOps Engineer for one of our projects within the defense industry, focusing on aviation, marine, and land-based systems. You will play a key role in further developing and automating our CI/CD pipelines, improving infrastructure management, and ensuring a robust and secure delivery environment.

In this role, you will:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Work with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Automate infrastructure using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and monitored.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to improve delivery flows and reduce time-to-market.
• Participate in debugging, performance analysis, and improvement of existing systems.
• Work in a Linux environment and manage version control with Git.

Qualifications

We believe you:

• Have experience with DevOps work in a Linux environment.
• Have good knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Are accustomed to working with container technology (Docker) and preferably Kubernetes.
• Have experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
• Have an understanding of networking, security, and system monitoring.
• Are communicative, solution-oriented, and thrive in collaboration with others.
• Have very good skills in both Swedish and English.

The assignment is security classified, which means you will be subject to a security clearance check. Therefore, Swedish citizenship and good knowledge of the Swedish language are required.

Additional Qualifications

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – e.g., Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Containerization and orchestration – Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD tools – Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Monitoring and log management – e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar.
• Cloud platforms – experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Security aspects within DevOps – e.g., secrets management, container scanning, and pipeline security reviews.
• Scripting and automation – e.g., Bash, Python, or Go.
• Experience from security-classified environments or work within the defense industry.
