About the position

As a nursing assistant, you will work closely with our residents and alongside an engaged team consisting of nurses, rehabilitation staff, and the unit manager. Your responsibilities include:

• Personal care and delegated healthcare tasks
• Contact with relatives and coordination of activities
• Household tasks and service duties
• Documentation, liaison work, and care plan implementation

We are looking for someone who...

• Is a certified nursing assistant with a license from the National Board of Health and Welfare
• Has experience from elderly care (meritorious)
• Is proficient in computer skills and fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is flexible, attentive, and responsible
• Has a genuine interest in working with elderly people

Conditions

• Permanent position with a 6-month probation period
• Working hours: day/every other weekend, approx. 80–92%
• Start date: according to agreement
• Individual salary setting
• Certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required
