Capio Psychiatry in Hässleholm operates a general psychiatric clinic for adults on behalf of Region Skåne. Care is provided according to an agreement with Region Skåne, meaning the same conditions apply as in public healthcare.

Working as a lead nurse with us involves independently working with assessments, support conversations, health-promoting talks, examinations, sample collections, and treatments of patients. We also offer various types of group activities for our patients. If you have special competence, a specialty area, or a particular interest, we are receptive and interested in developing more group activities that meet our patients' needs.

You are a specialist nurse with experience in psychiatry, confident in both person and profession, and have a patient-focused approach. It is meritorious if you have worked with treatments such as r-TMS or ECT. We would like you to have experience from clinical work in a psychiatric clinic or ward. As a person, you are positive, secure, and empathetic, and have the ability to organize your work efficiently. You have a pedagogical approach and a holistic thinking with the patient's needs in focus.

Permanent position, full-time. Start date by agreement. Probation period of 6 months. This position requires physical presence at the workplace. Therefore, it is not possible to perform the work remotely.
