We are now looking for a Project Manager in timber construction who wants to grow with us.

About the role

As a Project Manager here, you will have a central role where you drive projects from the initial dialogue with the customer all the way to final delivery. You will become a natural link between the customer, production, and assembly, and a key part of creating structure, progress, and good results. The role is broad and varied. In some projects, you are deeply involved in details, while in others, you take a more overarching approach. You are responsible for the whole picture, from cost estimation and planning to follow-up, contributing to projects meeting both time, budget, and quality targets.

Your profile

We believe you are someone who thrives in an environment where collaboration is second nature. You have a structured way of working, are confident in your competence, and are motivated by driving projects forward together with others. You have a background in construction, either through education or experience, and have worked in a role where you have taken responsibility for projects, economy, and planning.

• Relevant education in construction or equivalent experience
• Experience in project management within construction, industry, or prefabrication
• Good collaboration skills and business understanding
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally

About Dalahusgruppen

DalahusGruppen is a company engaged in industrial timber construction. Our timber factory is located in Linghed, approximately 35 km northeast of Falun. In Linghed, the production of prefabricated timber components started as early as 1938. Today, we have 55 employees, a turnover of 1.2 billion SEK, and are one of Sweden's leading suppliers of prefabricated timber products. The ownership structure has varied over the years; today, the company is 100% owned by ByggpartnerGruppen AB. In the factory, we produce a flexible range where common products include walls, floor elements, roof elements, roof trusses, etc. The production also includes processing and further refinement of solid wood products such as rib elements, glued laminated timber blocks, glulam, CLT (Cross Laminated Timber), and LVL. Dalahus ready-to-assemble products cover deliveries ranging from smaller buildings to larger projects such as multi-family housing, offices, and public buildings.
