Who are we at HelloLilly?

We are a supplier to the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen), with the mission to support unemployed individuals into jobs or studies, thereby contributing to reduced unemployment in Sweden.

We have been around for four and a half years and, thanks to our presence on social media, have built a large and active community of job seekers. We interact daily with our target group, job seekers, via social media, generating millions of video views and thousands of comments every month.

Since our launch a little over 5 years ago, we have built a community of over 100,000 followers on social media and met with more than 3,000 employers. During the same period, we have completed over 3,000 matches where job seekers – primarily long-term unemployed – have entered employment in the form of work or studies.

About the role

Do you want to help people enter the working life? At HelloLilly, we specialize in the Rusta och Matcha program – a service via the Swedish Public Employment Service where we support job seekers into jobs or education in the shortest possible time. As a Customer Service Representative, you will become a key person in guiding and inspiring our future participants to choose us as their supplier, as well as supporting our current participants when needed.

Your main responsibilities

  • Receive and follow up on expressions of interest from job seekers.
  • Contact leads via phone and motivate them to take action (warm contacts only).
  • Inform about Rusta och Matcha and why HelloLilly is a strong choice.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential participants.
  • Analyze the situation and motivate for action thereafter.
  • Document calls and perform follow-ups.

We are looking for you who:

  • Have strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Are solution-oriented, driven, and thrive with clear result goals.
  • Have experience from customer service, sales, or telephone counseling.
  • Have a professional and warm approach.
  • Are structured and accustomed to working in systems.

Merits:

  • Experience working with leads or in social projects.
  • Speak additional languages (e.g., Ukrainian, Arabic, Somali).
