As our new Branch Manager, you are the hub of our operations. We are looking for someone who combines secure leadership with a natural feel for customer relations. As Branch Manager, you have a central role where you:

• Drive sales and customer relations: Responsible for developing sales, including upselling, and building strong relationships with both local and national customers.
• Lead and develop staff: Have full personnel responsibility, from recruitment and induction to ongoing development and coaching. You ensure a safe and healthy workplace in accordance with current laws and our leadership model, and actively work for diversity and inclusion within the team.
• Responsible for results and operations: Proactively plan, lead, and distribute work to ensure that the branch meets its targets and budget. You also handle important administrative tasks such as time reports, inventory, and invoicing.

In Häggvik, we offer tire service for heavy vehicles (trucks, buses, construction machinery, etc.), with a focus on accessibility, customer service, and preventive maintenance. With service both in the workshop and out in the field/at the customer's site, we are there when and where the customer needs us. We work with several large customer contracts where, as Branch Manager, you are responsible for dialogue, coordination, and follow-up regarding some of these contracts. You have an engaged team to help you, who together build the competence needed to continue delivering good results and satisfied customers.

We are looking for you who have:

• Documented experience of leadership with personnel responsibility, preferably from a workshop environment or similar service industry. Experience with similar vehicles is an advantage.
• The ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees to create a strong and effective team.
• A strong focus on customer management and business development, with a drive to reach and exceed sales targets.
• Good knowledge of working environment and safety, as well as the ability to follow relevant laws and regulations.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
• Experience with budget responsibility and follow-up of economic goals.
• Good administrative skills.

A B-driver's license is a requirement. Last but not least, you naturally share our interest in the automotive industry.
