Arlanda Express is now looking for individuals with a passion for service and a keen interest in sales to strengthen our team at Arlanda Airport this autumn.

As a Sales Agent at Arlanda Express, your primary responsibilities will be to actively sell tickets to arriving passengers at Terminal 5. You will act as a representative and the face of our brand at the airport. Additionally, you will staff our luggage service, Luggage Express, located in our lounge at Stockholm Central Station.

We offer part-time fixed-term positions with varying degrees of employment. The work is primarily scheduled during daytime hours on weekdays, but may also include evenings and weekends.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• You have a strong interest in sales and customer service.
• You possess excellent proficiency in both English and Swedish and are comfortable initiating conversations and creating dialogues with passersby in both languages.
• Knowledge of other languages is considered an asset, particularly Spanish, Italian, French, and German.

As a person, you should be fearless, outgoing, and possess good patience and a positive attitude. We always strive to ensure that both customers and colleagues start and end their day on a high note!
