Telavox is now looking for a Sales Specialist to join their team in Stockholm. They are seeking an experienced and business-oriented salesperson with a proven ability to create, drive, and close qualified B2B deals.

Who are we looking for?
Telavox is looking for an established B2B salesperson who is used to taking full responsibility for their business and is driven by creating results. You have experience working with new customer acquisition and feel confident in dialogues with decision-makers at various levels.
You have the ability to understand the customer's business, identify needs, and drive business processes forward with structure and clarity.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Several years of experience in B2B sales with documented strong results
- Experience in independently driving up and developing business opportunities
- Documented ability to handle the entire sales process from first contact to closing
- Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
- Used to working structured in CRM and with pipeline management
Merits:
- Experience from SaaS, telecom, or IT
- Sales to target and mid-sized companies or mid-market
- Experience in consultative and value-based sales
- Experience working with or selling Telavox services

What does the role entail?
In the role of Sales Specialist, you are responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and driving deals through the entire sales process. You work closely with the customer to understand their operations and challenges and position Telavox solutions as a strategic part of their continued development.
You have full ownership of your pipeline and work actively to prioritize the right deals and maximize conversion. The role involves a strong focus on new customers but with a long-term perspective where relationships and business value are at the center.
Tasks include, for example:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities
- Drive qualified new customer acquisition towards decision-makers
- Conduct needs analyses and business-driven presentations
- Responsible for the entire sales process from first contact to contract
- Work strategically with pipeline and forecasts
- Collaborate internally to ensure the best possible business delivery
After a deal is closed, the customer is handed over internally for further development, giving you the opportunity to continue focusing on creating new business and building a strong business portfolio.
