Retail Sales Assistant – Lundbergs Gloves & Bags in Sickla

Lundbergs is a Swedish retail chain with 29 stores across Sweden. We offer a wide range of bags, travel luggage, backpacks, gloves, and accessories from several well-known brands. Our vision is to provide customers with quality products at affordable prices.

We are now looking for an enthusiastic retail sales assistant for our store in Sickla for a part-time summer temporary position.

About the role

As a retail sales assistant, you play a central role in the store, with a focus on customer service and sales. Your main responsibilities include:

• Sales and active upselling
• Providing professional service and creating a positive customer experience
• Working at the cash register
• Staying updated on current campaigns
• Contributing to an inspiring and well-maintained store environment
• Working towards the goal of 100% customer satisfaction

The work is varied and involves both independent work and teamwork. No two days are alike.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old and has a high school diploma
• Has experience with cash registers
• Has previous retail experience (meritorious)
• Is passionate about service and sales
• Has an interest in bags and fashion
• Is driven, responsible, and flexible
• Wants to work alongside studies

Employment type

Temporary position of approx. 20 hours/week, part-time, with varying working hours. Start date: August 1, 2026, with possible training period. The temporary contract lasts approx. 1 year. We also value flexibility and the ability to work with short notice during, for example, sick leave or sales peaks.
