The company is in an exciting growth phase and is now looking for an Account Manager who wants to drive sales, increase revenue, and contribute to the company's continued growth.

Job Description

As an Account Manager at Tenka AB, you are responsible for driving and developing the company's sales. You work through the entire sales process, from prospecting and initial contact to closed deals, follow-up, and further development of customers.

The focus is on creating results through personal drive, structured sales work, and high activity in the market. You will also contribute insights regarding the market and be involved in how the company's offerings develop over time.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closed deals and follow-up
  • Book and conduct meetings via phone, Teams, and physical customer meetings
  • Identify customer needs and present relevant solutions
  • Develop and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Work in CRM and ensure structure in the pipeline and follow-up
  • Collaborate closely with the founders regarding sales, priorities, and growth

Your Profile

  • You are a self-driven and business-oriented person who thrives in a role where you combine high activity with relationship-building sales.
  • You have the ability to both create new business and develop existing customers.
  • You are confident in dialogues with decision-makers and have a good understanding of how to drive business from first contact to long-term collaboration.
  • You have an interest in technology and a willingness to understand customers' businesses in depth.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales with responsibility for the entire sales cycle
  • Experience with SaaS, IT services, or similar solutions
  • Good communication skills as well as fluent Swedish and good English in speech and writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Experience with CRM systems or similar tools
  • Residing in the Stockholm area

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a one-year sales training with Mikael Arndt, including 25 certified courses in sales and weekly live lectures. You also have the opportunity to participate in major sales events in Stockholm for continued development.
