RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Social Secretary, you have a meaningful job where you work with authority exercises according to current legislation. In your role, you are responsible for investigating, assessing, and deciding on either financial assistance or support and measures for adults in various life situations. You will have your main focus on either adults or financial assistance, but since we work within the same unit, we see collaboration as an important part, which means we help each other within our different areas. This gives you the opportunity to develop broad competence and contribute to a holistic view.

You meet people with varying needs and life situations, where social issues such as unemployment, mental health issues, harmful use/addiction, or exposure to violence may occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are educated as a social worker or hold other education that the employer finds relevant for the task. You have good knowledge of laws and regulations in the current area, especially the Social Services Act.

It is meritorious if you have experience of authority exercises within the social services area, but we also welcome you who are new to the profession and have the right engagement and desire to develop. You have good computer skills. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
