Lindbo School is one of three F-6 schools in the urban area of Hallstahammar. The school, housed in renovated facilities, has just over 460 students distributed across three parallel groups. The school also has three after-school care departments.

Each classroom has an associated group room, and the school's spacious playgrounds invite outdoor activities and are equipped with inviting play equipment.

Classes F-2 work in close collaboration with our after-school care in school cooperation, where after-school educators enter the classrooms and are responsible for various activities.

Lindbo School conducts active student health work, where our student health team, consisting of special education teachers, counselors, school nurses, and principals, guides staff in their daily work.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for you who have teacher certification and eligibility to teach at the middle school level (grades 4-6).

You have the ability to lead and motivate students and create a safe and educational classroom environment with engaged and participatory students. Your leadership is characterized by clarity and structure. For the work to be successful, you need to have good cooperation skills and be relationship-building, as good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues are fundamental to the work.

You need to have the ability to adapt your teaching based on results, evaluations, and the individual student's needs. To achieve this, you need to have a good understanding of how different students absorb knowledge and the ability to adapt your teaching method at both group and individual levels.

You understand the importance of working towards the school's overarching goals and following established routines, guidelines, and decisions, and you work loyally for the benefit of the operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified primary school teacher for grades 4-6.

An extract from the criminal record register must be presented before employment.
