Personal Assistant for a Cheerful 12-Year-Old on Lidingö

Are you a cheerful and caring person who likes to take initiative and stay active? Then this might be the job for you!

We are looking for a personal assistant for a 12-year-old girl living on Lidingö. She lives with her parents, younger brother, and a cute puppy, so fear of dogs or allergies are not ideal.

The ideal candidate is responsible and engaged, wanting to contribute to a safe, meaningful, and fun life for our girl.

Tasks and Activities

Our girl attends school on weekdays, so assistant work is not required then. However, the assistant is present on weekday afternoons and weekends. She loves being active, so you should be someone who willingly engages in her activities such as horse riding, swimming, and gym workouts with joy and energy.

In her free time, she enjoys going to the cinema, having coffee, visiting the city or Mall of Scandinavia to look at shops, and using public transport (subway and bus). It is an advantage if you enjoy making these excursions together with her.

Travel and Variety

We love to travel. As an assistant, you will occasionally join ski trips in winter, riding camps in summer, or trips to the summer house, grandparents, or even abroad. We hope you find it exciting to accompany us and change scenery from time to time!

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who likes to be active without taking over, has a heart for others, and enjoys helping with daily activities (ADL). You will be her "arms and legs" and be ready to help with practical tasks related to personal care. There are some lifting involved in the work, so it is important that you are in good physical health with no issues regarding shoulders or back.

Since we are looking for long-term staff, it is a positive if you are a student or wish to work part-time for a longer period. We would love for you to stay and contribute to her sense of security. It is not easy to train, open up, and let new people into the home, so if you are selected for an interview, we want to ensure that the job setup fits your life now and for the foreseeable future.

Schedule and Employment Terms

• Weekdays: 14:30–16:15 and 21:00
• Weekends: 09:00–22:00 or 09:00–16:00, 16:00–22:30
• Position Type: On-call with the possibility of fixed shifts per month.

Other Information
