About the role

As a Requirements Analyst, you will play a central role in ensuring that business needs are translated into clear and usable requirements for the development of digital services and systems. You will work closely with the business, project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to create solutions that meet the needs of both users and the organization.

The role involves, among other things:

• Mapping, analyzing, and documenting business needs
• Leading and conducting workshops with various stakeholders
• Creating and managing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Ensuring traceability between business goals, requirements, and deliverables
• Supporting development teams and the business throughout the change and development process
• Contributing to improved working methods within requirements management and business development

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience as a Requirements Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role
• Experience working with requirements definition in complex organizations
• Good understanding of agile working methods and development processes
• Experience facilitating workshops and dialogues with different target groups
• Ability to communicate clearly in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Experience from the public sector
• Experience in defining requirements for public sector procurements, including creating requirement specifications, evaluation criteria, and support in the procurement process according to LOU (Public Procurement Act)
• Understanding of how business needs are translated into clear, measurable, and monitorable requirements in connection with the procurement of systems, services, or digital solutions
