Here you step into a key role where the focus is on making the delivery chain faster, safer, and more scalable in a complex development environment. You work with Azure DevOps as the platform and help a larger organization build efficient flows throughout the entire DevSecOps chain, from code and test to operations. The role has a clear emphasis on automation, standardization, and release on demand on a larger scale, in close collaboration with development teams, architects, and internal operations and platform organizations.

You will become an important part of the work to further develop and manage an Azure DevOps platform used by several teams. This means that you both strengthen the technical platform and support the business in using it in a secure, uniform, and long-term sustainable way. The focus is on Azure DevOps as a platform, not general DevOps. This is a role for you who want to influence both technology, delivery flows, and working methods on a large scale.

• You build, further develop, and maintain scalable CI/CD solutions in Azure DevOps for several development teams.
• You develop, quality assure, and manage YAML-based pipelines and automated delivery flows.
• You work with Managed DevOps Pools in Azure as well as package management and feeds.
• You integrate security and test automation as natural parts of the delivery process.
• You contribute to the creation and compliance of frameworks, governance, and technical policies related to Azure DevOps.
• You support development teams in using the platform and help them work in a more standardized and efficient way.
• You ensure that solutions are managed, lifecycle-managed, and used in a secure manner.
• You drive continuous improvements within automation, flows, and working methods.

• At least 4 years of documented experience working as an Azure DevOps specialist.
• Experience with automated delivery flows from code to test and operations.
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and security as part of the delivery process.
• Ability to build scalable solutions for multiple development teams.
• Good practical experience with Azure DevOps as a platform, e.g., configuration, development of own functionality, and creation of extensions.
• Proficiency in working with YAML, Git, PowerShell, and C#.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

• Development background, e.g., within .NET.
• Experience with agile working methods, preferably SAFe.
• Experience with scalable solutions for test automation and continuous testing, e.g., frameworks and pipeline support.
• Experience with security scanning in CI/CD pipelines, e.g., SonarQube and GitHub Advanced Security.
• Experience with cloud services in Azure.
• Experience with container platforms.
