As an Education Planner with us, you are responsible for planning and coordinating recurring trainings with high quality, cost-effectiveness, and in line with the organization's overarching goals. You play a key role in the planning process and work closely with other planning functions as well as the business's instructors.

You ensure that the right resources are in place and that planning takes place in accordance with applicable laws, agreements, and internal guidelines. The role involves significant responsibility and requires you to have a holistic perspective and actively contribute to the final result.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule trainings based on business needs and resources
• Ensure adequate staffing of instructors and handle ongoing changes
• Collaborate closely with other planning functions and contribute with analyses and data
• Be responsible for training administration related to planning
• Work with a cost and quality perspective in planning
• Coordinate instructor meetings and support the business's planning functions as needed

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is structured, analytical, and thrives in a role where planning and coordination are central. You have a good ability to work methodically and carefully, while maintaining pace and delivering against set deadlines.

You are a person who can quickly grasp complex relationships, analyze, and find smart solutions that create value for the business. Your analytical skills enable you to evaluate working methods and continuously contribute to improvements and optimization.

You have a good understanding of regulations, agreements, and legislation and feel confident working within these frameworks. Furthermore, you have good system proficiency, especially in Excel and planning tools, and use these as a natural support in your work.

As a person, you are communicative and relationship-building. You collaborate effectively with various functions and build trust in your contacts. You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

We would appreciate it if you have experience from the public transport industry or a similar planning role, where you have gained an understanding of the business's requirements and conditions.
