We are now looking for a student coach who primarily works at the individual and group level with the aim of creating and strengthening a good learning environment, promoting attendance, and establishing positive relationships with our students.

Your role

The work involves supporting and coaching students in the school. This applies both to work in the classroom and in smaller settings, as well as in social relationships and during breaks. An important part is also to participate in the work to promote attendance. The tasks may vary over time, and it is important that you are flexible and can adapt to needs that arise in the operations. You will have close collaboration with teaching teachers, the school's student health team, work groups, school management, and in some cases also guardians.

Your knowledge and experience

We are looking for you who have an interest in working with young people and want them to succeed. We place great importance on your ability to meet students based on their conditions and needs, as well as your ability to collaborate with colleagues and students' guardians.

You have good knowledge of meeting students' different needs and have a good ability to create good relationships and motivate students in their schoolwork and life situation. You work with a positive approach and have the ability to create a good working climate.

It is meritorious if you have previous experience of work in school and education in the form of youth leader or social pedagogue.
