About the Workplace

Ljungskile School is a grades F–6 school with approximately 500 students, located in a nature-rich setting between the sea and the forest. In addition to the compulsory school operations, the school runs six after-school centers (fritidshem), where about half of our students are enrolled. Generally, the school has good goal fulfillment and a driven staff group. The school is strongly rooted in the local community, and there are plans for a new building to secure the school's future.

Responsibilities

• Teaching in our upcoming Grade 5
• Resource teacher role in Grades 4–6
• Work and collaboration within teaching teams

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is driven and development-oriented. You take responsibility and work independently in the role of a teacher, and are skilled at building good relationships and collaboration spaces, both with colleagues and with students, guardians, and external actors.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Teacher certification for Grades 4–6
• Qualification in Mathematics and Swedish
• Good familiarity with the documents governing compulsory school
