Job Description

As a Junior Customer Receptionist, you will have a broad and varied role where you are our face to the customer - every day! You are responsible for creating a first-class customer experience, managing the purchasing process, and ensuring the daily operations at the Solna station. As needed, you will also work as a car buyer/tester, where you will learn to handle cars of different makes, models, and conditions.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Being the customer's first point of contact, both in person and via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Ensuring high service quality - following up on customer satisfaction (NPS via Google & Trustpilot).
• Administering contracts, writing agreements, and handling documentation.
• Acting as a link between the station, headquarters, and external partners.
• Ensuring smooth logistics for incoming and outgoing vehicles.
• Calling and following up with customers to find the best solutions.
• Photographing, evaluating, and testing vehicles according to guidelines.
• Working together with colleagues to ensure purchasing processes are handled responsibly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service
• Strong interest in cars - or eagerness to learn more about cars and the automotive industry
• Proactive, works independently, and drives your work forward.
• Spreads joy, is positive, and easily builds good relationships.
• Thrives in administrative and structured work.
• Comfortable using computers and digital systems.
• Hold a valid manual B-driver's license (required).
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
