RESPONSIBILITIES
As a teacher with us, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on the goals of the national curriculum. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues in work teams and grade-level teams. With your pedagogical skill and engagement, you create a creative, structured, and inclusive learning environment where every student is given the best possible conditions to develop.
You work systematically with assessment and documentation, including individual development plans, and actively contribute to the school's development work. An important part of the role is also to collaborate with student health services, colleagues, students, and guardians to promote a safe and positive school environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a certified teacher with the eligibility to teach in grades F-3, 4-6, or equivalent.
The role requires good digital competence and experience from inclusive teaching. For us, the most important thing is that you have a clear focus on the student, and we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and suitability. We are looking for you who have a natural coaching, motivating, and engaging approach to work. We expect you to create a safe learning environment based on mutual respect and communication, where you utilize every student's ability and competence. It is of great importance that you can adapt teaching based on students' different individual needs.
Furthermore, you should have the ability to create well-functioning collaborations with students, guardians, and colleagues to contribute to good cooperation in the workplace. We appreciate that you take initiative and want to contribute to the school's development. Personal suitability is applied during recruitment.
