About the role

In the role of Technical Support Specialist, you will play a central part in supporting field technicians. You will answer incoming calls and emails, solve technical challenges, and ensure the quality of the support systems. The role offers both technical development and a social work environment where your contribution makes a difference.

NOTE! The position is security classified and requires you to undergo a security clearance process through us.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle incoming calls and emails from technicians
  • Provide technical support to contractors working with the fiber network throughout Sweden
  • Ensure high quality in support systems and update registers
  • Document cases and contribute to improvements in work processes

We are looking for you who

  • Have a technical understanding and thrive in a role that combines customer contact and problem-solving
  • Have good computer and system skills
  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience in technical support or a technical role
  • Background in the telecommunications industry
