About the RoleYou will play a key role in building a new socially critical operation within water and wastewater management. The focus is on establishing the digital platform, getting administrative systems in place, and ensuring that operation-specific systems function from day one. Here, you combine technical understanding with project management in a complex environment where multiple organizations, functions, and suppliers need to interact.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence how IT support, working methods, and processes are shaped in a business building its foundation from scratch.
Responsibilities- You lead the IT sub-project and drive the work forward in close collaboration with the main project manager, sub-project members, and other sub-projects.
- You plan and coordinate efforts between IT resources, business developers, system administrators, and relevant functions.
- You are responsible for requirements specification and the implementation of IT systems and services in a larger organization.
- You lead meetings within the sub-project and actively participate in project meetings together with other project managers.
- You coordinate dialogue and check-ins with suppliers as well as between different participating organizations.
- You support the business during startup by ensuring that necessary systems, working methods, and processes function in daily operations.
- You also contribute to the planning for continued development after establishment.
- Experience with agile project management and change management.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience in project management regarding requirements specification and implementation of IT systems or IT services in larger organizations.
- Good knowledge of Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- ScrumMaster certification.
- Good knowledge of and experience with SAFe.
