Your role

Your main tasks include staffing the information desk and participating in the planning and execution of events and activities.

Your knowledge and experience

We are looking for you who have a relevant education and experience in similar work. Previous experience in library work is an advantage.

We place great value on personal qualities such as commitment, creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills. We want you to put the visitor at the center and have good literary knowledge so that you can inspire others to read.

As a person, you are a team player with good collaboration skills.

Good digital competence and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, are advantageous.

Your future workplace

There are three public libraries in Vara Municipality: the main library in Vara and more open branch libraries in Kvänum and Vedum, which are also integrated school libraries.

Interviews will be conducted continuously during the application period.
