About the role

As a Senior Business Developer within Learning & Development, you will play a key role in developing both our customer relationships and our offerings. You combine strategy with hands-on work and actively contribute to creating value – both internally and externally.

In this role, you will:

• Drive business development and identify new opportunities with existing and new customers
• Lead and contribute to projects – from idea to implementation
• Coach and support the team in customer dialogue, delivery, and development
• Create and develop learning content (e.g., educational materials, concepts, and offers)
• Help drive the business forward

About you

You are a confident and curious person who enjoys combining business acumen with creativity. You naturally build trust and thrive in a role where you can influence, develop, and collaborate.

We believe you:

• Have extensive experience within Learning & Development
• Have experience in project management, learning consulting, and scriptwriting
• Are accustomed to building long-term and trust-based relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Thrive in a consulting role where you both create business and develop others
• Have a strong interest in how AI and new tools can transform learning and streamline production
• Have experience using AI support in content production or e-learning
• Enjoy switching between strategic thinking and operational execution
• Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you also have:

• A technical background or education
• Experience working with learning in technology-heavy subjects
• Knowledge of technical information and how it can be used in learning
