Your Responsibilities

Among other things, you will: ✅ Ensure that garments are developed, unpacked, and ready for production ✅ Ensure that transfers, labels, packaging, and other materials are in place on time ✅ Plan, prioritize, and stay one step ahead ✅ Collaborate closely with the warehouse, production, and production management ✅ Assist with inbound and outbound deliveries as needed ✅ Support production with transfer printing when the pace is at its highest With us, you become the link between the warehouse and production – the person who ensures everything is in place before anyone even has time to ask for it. Garments must come out. Materials must be available. Production must flow. And when the pace ramps up, you are the one who keeps calm and makes things happen. In short: you are one of the people who makes everything work behind the scenes! No day is like the other. One hour you plan tomorrow's production, the next you help with inbound deliveries or support colleagues in production when an extra pair of hands is needed.

Your Profile

The person who ensures production never has to say: "Where are the things?" Are you the type who likes order, structure, and staying ahead? Do you almost get an itch in your fingers when things aren't planned? Are you also the type who is happy to jump in where needed and thrives when days offer variety? Then you might be our next Production Coordinator. Who are you? You like things to be in order, but you don't panic if the plan needs to change. You are the person who: ✓ Sees what needs to be done without being told ✓ Likes structure but thrives in a fast-paced environment ✓ Is solution-oriented and ego-free ✓ Enjoys collaborating with others ✓ Takes responsibility and keeps your promises ✓ Doesn't mind rolling up your sleeves when needed You don't need to know everything from day one.
