About the Role

As a Contract Coordinator, you are a vital link between the customer, production, and the contracts department. You will work within the construction machinery department, with operations in both Åmål and Hammarby, and travel to Hammarby may occur. Your role as a Contract Coordinator includes facilitating work at the interface between the contract manager and the production organization. Recurring tasks include communicating customer needs, placing orders, and ensuring that production plans lead to fulfilled customer requirements. Invoice management is also part of your responsibilities. You will participate in departmental and customer meetings, monitor production status continuously, and ensure everything is ready for invoicing when the work is completed. Deviation handling and improvement work are a natural part of the role.

You work closely with production managers, planners, and contract managers. Your tasks are varied, and the role requires both initiative and creativity to succeed.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic daily routine where you get to create structure in complex workflows. You have a few years of experience in administrative work and are accustomed to working in digital systems. You communicate clearly, have a good understanding of what needs to be prioritized in different situations, and are comfortable handling a workday where the desk is never completely empty – at our company, there is always something to tackle.

To succeed in the role, you are curious, eager to learn, and have a humble and solution-oriented approach. You are detail-oriented, enjoy collaborating, and have a natural drive to keep processes running from start to finish. You must have good experience with Excel. It is also an advantage if you have previous experience from production, industry, or workshops, as well as experience with order placement and invoicing.
