About the role

As a Visual Merchandiser, you are a key figure in the store's management team, working alongside the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager. You are responsible for ensuring that the store's visual expression is inspiring, sales-driving, and aligned with our core concepts.

You work operationally in the store with a focus on sales development, customer satisfaction, and campaign execution. This is a role as a Store Salesperson with Visual Merchandiser responsibilities, where 20% of working hours are dedicated to visual and strategic work, and the remaining time is dedicated to store sales. The distribution is adjusted according to season and workload.

Your responsibilities

You will, among other things:

• Ensure that concepts, guidelines, and campaigns are executed correctly and on time.
• Plan and execute product placement to maximize sales.
• Monitor sales data and optimize exposure based on results.
• Keep your colleagues updated on campaigns and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure the store maintains a high and inspiring visual standard.
• Be creative and business-minded – you see what is beautiful, but also what sells.

Who are you?

We believe you currently work as a Salesperson & Visual Merchandiser, or in a similar role with a focus on sales, customer satisfaction, and sales build-up.

You:

• Have experience in visual work, sales, and store operations.
• Are accustomed to working with KPIs and sales follow-up.
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and flexible.
• Inspire your colleagues and contribute to increased engagement in sales.
• Take your role as a salesperson seriously and are committed to the store's results.

Employment details:

• Employment type: 30 hours, permanent (probation period applies)
• Location: Lidköping
• Start date: According to agreement
